Halu'u-Nai is an ancient Chamori Water Race Game. The Shark or Halu'u in the language of the Taotao Tåno' is an avid and remarkable swimmer. Most of the Taotao Tåno' try to emulate the Halu'u. The Chamori people were a stylish but creative lot, with a profound sense of competitive adventure.

 Rule of Play
Each Player stands at the shoreline. At a given signal, each player swims to a Bamboo Buoy about 50-100 yards from the shore. The object of the game is for the players to tag the Buoy and swim back to the starting point. The first player to do so.....WINS.
